It seemed to be too easy (even though I’m sure it wasn’t); Angela did all of the leg work behind-the-scenes so that it made it seamless and smooth for us. Angela is amazing. I met Angela at an open house that she hosted. I am looking to buy investment properties in greater Seattle, and Angela has proven herself extremely knowledgeable when they come to investment properties. She is also very helpful and responsive. I did a lot of homework on the different cities, but Angela was still able to share new insights. She researched the rental potential for each of the neighborhoods and properties. She was also able to tap into her network of brokers and contractors to get more information. I am still searching for that "ideal" property, but I don't feel rushed at all.
